ACCESSIBILITY

The cinema is well set up and equipped for people with disabilities.

Access

Access into the cinema is flat all the way from the footpath to the front two rows of seats. The seats in the second row are a little higher off the floor than the seats in the front row, so are ideal if you use a walking frame, find it hard getting out of low seats, or prefer not to go up any steps.

Two of the armchairs in the front row can be easily moved to make space for wheelchairs. We’d be pleased to move a chair before you come if you need one of those spaces. If you’re with a companion, we can book them in to sit beside you.

The main counter is accessible and there is an accessible toilet. Doorways and aisles are wide and we’d be happy to open doors for you.

Hearing impairment support

We have two pairs of hearing assistance headphones. We recommend booking ahead and letting us know if you need one of these.

Visual impairment support

Our hearing assistance headphones also provide support for the blind by describing what is happening on the screen, if you need this function. We have two pairs of these headphones and recommend booking ahead and letting us know if you need one of them.
